Finishing on pasture for a 90 to a 120 days we do more and more. Stocker cattle that has grown in pens are finished on pastures. No yellow fat to be concerned about. Yes you can do it. It would be good or best in spring and summer if you can. Fall or late fall is going to be washy feed in your part of the World.
