Hello All, I have been doing research regarding pricing for the carcass of grass fed beef...does anybody know a ball park figure, or can anyone give me a source where pricing of the slaughtered parts are? Please help! Thanks

You brought up some very good points about the soluble sugars I completely forgot about. It's definitely an interesting topic and where it all lands in the end. From my point of view, if I can create good beef on my lousy soil, there is hope for us newbies! Hopefully, your getting your much needed rains. Thanks again for your comments
