I am searching for alternative methods of "natural" fly control that will comply with organic standards. We have investigated the "predator wasps" but do not see that as a vialble alternative on our small herd that is rapidly moved over several large paddocks. Tennessee is fly heaven in July and August. Our low stocking density and rapid rotation has sufficed to date. However our expanding numbers dictate expanded control measures. I am all ears and especially interested in hearing if anyone had success with mineral box additives such as dried apple vinegar.
