Unless you have a strong reason such as changing walkways or you are concerned with feces distibution, I would not change the paddock structure. More so, if the cattle is the same. Cattle learn pastures and paddocks and become familiar with the layout and the routines. Changing te distribution of paddocks will force the cattle to learn again the new distribution, the direction of wackways to water or shade, the landscape, as well as their relative position to stress points. I would favor strategies that support and repeat learned routines by the cattle. If they now what to expect because they have the experience already, the overall stress will be less.
