For feeding stock or calves on summer pasture, would a molasses-based 20% protein liquid supplement be acceptable in a grass-fed program?

Yes. Electrical stimulation helps to increase tenderness and homogenize the carcass cuts. I believe however that we need to start with an unstressed animal prior to slaughter and 3% marbling at least to see consistent results. Genetics need to help also.
