Can anyone tell me the equivalent publication or group for grass farming in the UK - or Scotland to be precise?

One of our better customers has made the comment that grass fed does in fact taste different. Her opinion was that it was for the better. After a long discussion, I concluded that it was due to the freshness more so than the taste of feeding. Counter meat is aging as it sits in the store, generally grain fed type products, while selling at the farm, generally grass based products are frozen, but still quite fresh. She too agrees with my families conclusion. At the time of her comment, she was speaking of an 85% ground chuck packaged in a one pound bag.
